Taking care of yourself is important so you are equipped to help your family through this time. Always educate yourself and listen to information on how to prevent virus. Try to eat healthy, balanced meals, exercise regularly, sleep a lot, and avoid harmful substances.
Have some time for relaxing with your family to combine things you have to do with activities you enjoy example walking or jogging in the park, but follow social distancing guidelines. Avoid risky or destructive behaviors, such as abusing alcohol or drugs, excessive gambling or ignoring public health recommendations. If you are experiencing anxiety or depression, don’t be afraid to ask for help in your friends and family. Also stay informed and reach out to your doctor if you have any questions. Prioritize your health especially this pandemic.
it’s important to take good care of ourselves because this virus is very deadly. Thus, these are my three advices to take good care of yourself:
Stay at home:
First and foremost, we must stay in our homes. Close contact with sick people should be avoided. If you have sick people in your house, keep a distance of 6 feet between the sick person and the rest of the family.
Avoid crowds:
Second, we should stay away from crowds. COVID-19 is more likely to spread in crowded places including restaurants, malls, gyms, and movie theaters. But if you’re going outside, you must be wearing a face mask and a face shield and remember the policy ‘social distancing’.
Get vaccinated:
Lastly, if you’re older enough, you should get vaccinated. COVID-19 vaccinations that have been approved by the Government can help protect you. You should get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible.
